Here we are again, in our weekly column to feature the best in video gaming entertainment, whether that will be a webcomic, youtube show, website, server, big or small, we look at them all.

Up Up Down Down

UUDD is a webcomic filled with gaming references, comedy, and most importantly, me. Sadly, they finished making these comics earlier in the year, but they are keeping the website up and running for those who want to read a great gaming webcomic. I remember the first time I heard about them, when I posted a tweet about watching Batman Forever, I was suddenly met with a reply from their twitter account about Val Krimer possibly being my favorite Batman. I remember Commander Shepard could have been better than Val Krimer, and that they were mentally insane. Eventually, I followed them, and they followed back. Chaos ensued for the next year. Check them out, theyre great.

Zero Puncuation

Chances are you have heard of Ben “Yahzee” Croshaw, the lovely British man that makes sure to let you know that everything you love is wrong. More or less, Yahzee knows more about good game design, than a good game designer, and if a game is not Half Life 2 or Thief 2, then its shit. He really is the Nostalgia Critic for video games, as he doesnt just say that something is bad, he explains why, but in absolutley hillarious form. Check him out over on The Escapist.

Penny Arcade

Okay, I’ll admit, im running out of niche websites to write about. However, Penny Arcade is undeniably one of the most popular webcomics on the internet. In fact, they are the webcomic that started the whole mass influx of internet comics. Their popularity grew massivley over the past 10 years of their operation, spawning the ever growing PAX (Penny Arcade Expo) in Seattle, eventually going to Boston and Melbourne Australia. They also have created Childs Play, an amazing charity that buys toys and games for children in hospitals. What I am saying, is that these two guys who created this comic have spawned one of the largest players in gaming entertainment. Thats worth at least one click.
